 - 3/4 cup milk
 
Sausage Gravy:
- 1 lb breakfast sausage (pork, turkey, or chicken)
 - 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
 - 2 cups milk
 - 1/2 tsp salt
 - 1 tsp black pepper
 
Toppings:
- 6 large eggs
 - 1/4 cup milk (for eggs)
 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 - Optional: sliced green onions, cooked bacon crumbles, or jalapeños
 
Instructions
- Prepare Biscuit Crust:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). In a large bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt. Cut in cold butter until the mixture is crumbly. Stir in milk to form a dough. Roll out to fit a 12-inch pizza pan or baking sheet. Bake for 5-7 minutes. - Cook Sausage Gravy:
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned. Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute. Gradually add milk, whisking constantly, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Set aside. - Scramble Eggs:
Whisk eggs with ¼ cup milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until just set. - Assemble Pizza:
Spread sausage gravy over the partially baked crust. Top with scrambled eggs, shredded cheeses, and optional toppings. - Bake Pizza:
Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 10-15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted. - Serve and Enjoy:
Slice and serve warm. Garnish with additional toppings if desired.
