- 2 cups cooked chicken breast, chopped
- 4 slices of crispy cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (plus extra for serving)
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil (optional, for toasting the rolls)
Instructions
- Preheat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat. (Optional: Lightly brush the sub rolls with olive oil and toast until golden.)
- In a large bowl, mix the chopped chicken, bacon, and ranch dressing until evenly coated.
- Assemble the sub: Layer shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and chopped red onion on the bottom half of the sub roll.
- Add the chicken and bacon mixture on top of the veggies.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the chicken and bacon mixture.
- Top with the other half of the sub roll. Slice in half if desired.
