Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 4 medium-sized russet potatoes, washed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then into wedges.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  4. Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
  5. Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes immediately after removing them from the air fryer.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  • For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat them dry.
  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
  • Serve with garlic aioli, ranch, or ketchup for dipping.
