- 4 medium-sized russet potatoes, washed and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes in half lengthwise, then into wedges.
- In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Arrange the potato wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the potatoes are golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle grated parmesan cheese over the hot potatoes immediately after removing them from the air fryer.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in cold water for 30 minutes before cooking, then pat them dry.
- Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for a spicy kick.
- Serve with garlic aioli, ranch, or ketchup for dipping.
