Sandwich:
- 14 oz chicken tenders
- 2 Tbsp vegetable oil for cooking
- Salt and pepper
- 2 large shallots sliced
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
- 2 French bread subs
- About 1/2 cup white BBQ sauce more for dipping or drizzling
Instructions
- Prepare White BBQ Sauce: In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, white vinegar, white pepper, Creole mustard, salt, sugar, garlic, horseradish, lemon juice, and paprika. Set aside.
