- 20oz Canned Chicken, drained
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
For the Caesar Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Salad:
- 1 bag of romaine hearts, roughly chopped
- Additional parmesan, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken Crust: Preheat the oven. Mix canned chicken, egg, parmesan, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Press into a crust and bake.
- Make the Caesar Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Assemble the Salad Pizza: Top the chicken crust with Caesar dressing, romaine, and additional parmesan.
