  • 20oz Canned Chicken, drained
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

For the Caesar Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

For the Salad:

  • 1 bag of romaine hearts, roughly chopped
  • Additional parmesan, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Chicken Crust: Preheat the oven. Mix canned chicken, egg, parmesan, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes. Press into a crust and bake.
  2. Make the Caesar Dressing: Combine mayonnaise, Parmesan, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble the Salad Pizza: Top the chicken crust with Caesar dressing, romaine, and additional parmesan.
