Description

Indulge in the sweet and creamy goodness of this Vanilla Raspberry Iced Latte. A perfect blend of fruity raspberry puree, rich vanilla, and a shot of espresso or tea, topped with ice for a refreshing treat.


Ingredients

Raspberry Puree:

  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (60g)
  • 1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsp water

Latte:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (240ml – dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 shot espresso OR 1/2 cup strong brewed tea (chai or black)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Ice cubes
  • Optional Garnish: Extra raspberries, Mint leaves, Vanilla bean powder or specks

Instructions

  1. Prepare Raspberry Puree: In a blender, combine raspberries, sugar or maple syrup, and water. Blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
  2. Make Latte: In a glass, pour milk, espresso or tea, and vanilla extract. Stir well. Add ice cubes.
  3. Assemble: Pour raspberry puree over the latte. Garnish with extra raspberries, mint leaves, and a sprinkle of vanilla bean powder. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can adjust the sweetness of the raspberry puree by adding more or less sugar/maple syrup.
  • For a stronger raspberry flavor, add more raspberries to the puree.
