Raspberry Puree:
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen raspberries (60g)
- 1 tbsp sugar or maple syrup (optional)
- 1 tbsp water
Latte:
- 1 cup milk of choice (240ml – dairy or plant-based)
- 1 shot espresso OR 1/2 cup strong brewed tea (chai or black)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Ice cubes
- Optional Garnish: Extra raspberries, Mint leaves, Vanilla bean powder or specks
Instructions
- Prepare Raspberry Puree: In a blender, combine raspberries, sugar or maple syrup, and water. Blend until smooth. Strain if desired.
- Make Latte: In a glass, pour milk, espresso or tea, and vanilla extract. Stir well. Add ice cubes.
- Assemble: Pour raspberry puree over the latte. Garnish with extra raspberries, mint leaves, and a sprinkle of vanilla bean powder. Enjoy!
Notes
- You can adjust the sweetness of the raspberry puree by adding more or less sugar/maple syrup.
- For a stronger raspberry flavor, add more raspberries to the puree.
