  • 2 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. paprika powder
  • 1 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp. tomato paste
  • 1 large red onion, diced

Paprika Butter:

    • 2-3 tbsp. butter
    • 12 tsp. paprika powder

Toppings (optional):

    • some halved cherry tomatoes
    • some chopped flat-leaf parsley
    • some crumbled feta

Instructions

  1. Prepare the yogurt sauce: Mix Greek yogurt, grated garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Set aside.
  2. Cook the spiced beef: In a pan, brown minced beef with onion powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, cumin, tomato paste, and red onion until cooked through.
  3. Make the paprika butter: Melt butter in a pan, stir in paprika powder until fragrant.
