Description

A delightful dessert salad featuring a creamy base with a medley of fruits like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and nuts, topped with whipped cream. A perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors in every bite!

Creamy Base:

    • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Fruits and Nuts:

  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries or blackberries (or a mix of both)
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Creamy Base: In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Stir in crushed pineapple and vanilla extract. Fold in whipped topping until well combined.
  2. Assemble Salad: In a large serving bowl, layer the sliced strawberries, blueberries, raspberries or blackberries, and chopped nuts. Spread the creamy mixture over the fruits.
  3. Chill: Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.
