Description

This Pizza Grilled Cheese is a delightful fusion of a traditional grilled cheese sandwich and pepperoni pizza.   • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 cup marinara or pizza sauce, plus extra for dipping
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 24 slices pepperoni

Instructions

Prepare the Garlic Butter:

In a bowl, combine the softened butter, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning until well mixed.

Assemble the Sandwiches:

Lay out the bread slices on a clean surface.
