Description

Ingredients

1/2 cup / 100g butter, melted

1/2 cup / 100g feta cheese, crumbled

5 eggs

7oz or 200g phyllo sheets


Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and grease a baking dish.

2. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, crumbled feta cheese, and beaten eggs.

3. Layer phyllo sheets in the baking dish, brushing each layer with the butter mixture.

4. Pour any remaining butter mixture over the top layer of phyllo.

5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.


Notes

– For a sweeter twist, add a sprinkle of powdered sugar on top before serving.
