Instructions
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat, then stir in the taco seasoning and water. Let simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Spoon the taco meat evenly over the cheese mixture, followed by the chopped green onions, bell peppers, and shredded lettuce.
- Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, securing the filling inside.
- Slice the rolled tortillas into 1-inch thick pieces.
- Arrange the roll-ups on a serving platter and serve with salsa for dipping.
