  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes (optional)
  • 1/2 cup crushed tortilla chips (for coating)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, and diced tomatoes (if using). Mix until smooth and well-combined.
