- 1 box strawberry cake mix
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- granulated sugar for rolling

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF and line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Set aside.
- Mix the vegetable oil and the eggs together in a large bowl and mix until combined.
- Slowly mix in the all-purpose flour as well as the strawberry cake mix.
- Add in the tablespoon of milk. Mix the batter just until a cookie dough forms.
- Scoop the cookies into balls (use a #30 cookie scoop or by using 2 tablespoonsful).
- Roll the cookie balls into granulated sugar.
- Cover the bowl of cookie dough and chill for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Bake one cookie sheet at a time for 8 to 10 minutes. Keep the remaining cookie dough in the refrigerator between batches.
- Immediately out of the oven, gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie, pressing just enough to nestle the kisses down into the cookies.
- Allow cooling before transferring for storage.
Notes
Chill the cookie dough to reduce the cookies from spreading.
Store the cookies in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
