- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 large egg
For the coating:
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon powder

- Air fry the churro bites: Transfer the dough into a piping bag with a star tip. Pipe bite-sized pieces onto the air fryer basket. Air fry at 350°F for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown.
- Coat with cinnamon sugar: In a bowl, mix white sugar and cinnamon powder. Toss the cooked churro bites in the mixture until coated evenly.
