- 1 tbsp cornstarch

- Egg Wash: 1 egg + 1 tbsp milk (for brushing)
- Glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1. Prepare the Pie Crust
- Roll out one pie crust and fit it into a 9-inch pie dish.
- Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes while preparing the filling.
2. Make the Strawberry Filling
- In a saucepan, cook strawberries, sugar, cornstarch, and lemon juice over medium heat.
- Stir until the mixture thickens (about 5 minutes). Let cool slightly.
3. Assemble the Pie
- Pour the cooled strawberry filling into the chilled pie crust.
- Roll out the second pie crust and place it on top. Seal the edges with a fork.
4. Bake
- Brush the top with egg wash.
- Bake at 375°F for 40-45 minutes, or until golden brown.
5. Glaze and Decorate
- Mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla to make the glaze.
- Drizzle over the cooled pie and top with sprinkles.
