- 2 1/2 cups peaches, peeled and sliced (about 3 peaches)
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
Syrup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Combine oats, brown sugar, flour, melted butter, and cinnamon in a bowl to make the topping.
- In a separate bowl, mix peaches and strawberries, then transfer to a baking dish.
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, cornstarch, water, salt, and vanilla extract to make the syrup.
- Pour the syrup over the fruit mixture.
- Sprinkle the topping over the fruit.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until the topping is golden brown.
- Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
Notes
- You can add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top for an extra indulgent treat.
