A fruity and vibrant twist on the classic Blue Lagoon cocktail, this Strawberry Blue Lagoon blends the sweet and tart flavors of fresh strawberries with the tropical notes of blue curaçao and citrusy lemonade. It’s a visually stunning, refreshing drink perfect for summer nights or beachy vibes.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz vodka
  • 3/4 oz blue curaçao
  • 1/2 oz strawberry syrup (or muddled fresh strawberries + simple syrup)
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 4 oz lemonade (or lemon-lime soda for a fizzy twist)
  • Ice cubes
  • Fresh strawberries & lemon slices for garnish
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add vodka, blue curaçao, strawberry syrup (or muddled strawberries + simple syrup), and lemon juice.
  3. Shake well until chilled.
  4. Strain into a highball or hurricane glass filled with ice.
  5. Top with lemonade (or lemon-lime soda).
  6. Stir gently to combine.
  7. Garnish with fresh strawberries, lemon slices, and mint leaves.

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace vodka with club soda or Sprite and blue curaçao with blue sports drink or blue raspberry syrup.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less strawberry syrup.
