- 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a skillet; cook flank steak for 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Add onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms; sauté for 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
- Roll out pizza dough and cut into 2-inch strips.
- Spoon the steak mixture and mozzarella onto each strip. Roll tightly and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with Parmesan and garlic powder.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce or your favorite dip.
