  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

  3. Add onions, bell pepper, and mushrooms; sauté for 5–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Roll out pizza dough and cut into 2-inch strips.
  5. Spoon the steak mixture and mozzarella onto each strip. Roll tightly and place on a greased baking sheet.
