Description

This Spinach and Strawberry Salad is a refreshing and vibrant dish that combines the sweetness of strawberries with the crunch of spinach. Tossed in a light and tangy dressing, it’s the perfect side for any meal.

Ingredients

– 2 bunches spinach, rinsed and torn into bite-size pieces

– 4 cups sliced strawberries

– 1/2 cup vegetable oil

– 1/2 cup white sugar

– 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

– 2 tablespoons sesame seeds

– 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

– 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the spinach and sliced strawberries.

2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegetable oil, white sugar, white wine vinegar, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, and paprika until well combined.

3. Pour the dressing over the spinach and strawberries and toss to coat evenly.

4. Serve the salad chilled and enjoy!

Notes

– You can add some crumbled feta cheese for a salty contrast to the sweetness of the strawberries.

– For a protein boost, add grilled chicken or tofu on top of the salad.
