Description

Spicy Chicken Lazone Pasta is a flavorful dish with seasoned chicken tenders served over linguine in a creamy, spicy sauce. It’s a perfect balance of heat and creaminess that will satisfy your cravings.

Seasoning Mixture

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 teaspoon Creole seasoning (or Cajun seasoning)
  • 2 teaspoon paprika powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Chicken

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 lb chicken tenders

Sauce

  • 4 tablespoon butter
  • Remaining seasoning mixture
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Pasta

  • 8 oz. linguine
  • 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
  • 1/2 cup Pasta water (reserve it)

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken: Mix all the seasoning ingredients together. Coat the chicken tenders in the mixture.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add the remaining seasoning mixture. Pour in heavy cream and paprika. Simmer until thickened.
  4. Cook the pasta: Cook linguine according to package instructions. Reserve half a cup of pasta water.
  5. Combine: Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, adding pasta water as needed. Serve with sliced chicken tenders on top and garnish with chopped parsley.

Notes

  • You can adjust the level of spiciness by increasing or decreasing the amount of Creole seasoning.
  • Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra color and nutrients.
