Seasoning Mixture

Chicken
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 lb chicken tenders
Sauce
- 4 tablespoon butter
- Remaining seasoning mixture
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Pasta
- 8 oz. linguine
- 2 tablespoon parsley chopped
- 1/2 cup Pasta water (reserve it)
Instructions
- Season the chicken: Mix all the seasoning ingredients together. Coat the chicken tenders in the mixture.
- Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Cook the chicken until golden brown and cooked through.
- Make the sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and add the remaining seasoning mixture. Pour in heavy cream and paprika. Simmer until thickened.
- Cook the pasta: Cook linguine according to package instructions. Reserve half a cup of pasta water.
- Combine: Toss cooked pasta in the sauce, adding pasta water as needed. Serve with sliced chicken tenders on top and garnish with chopped parsley.
Notes
- You can adjust the level of spiciness by increasing or decreasing the amount of Creole seasoning.
- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra color and nutrients.
