- 1 md onion, chopped
- 1/3 c red or green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 c elbow macaroni, uncooked
- 1 can stewed tomatoes, 15 oz
- 1 can tomato sauce, 15 oz
- 4 c water
Seasonings:

- 1 Tbsp sugar
- 1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp seasoning salt
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cajun seasoning (optional)
- dash of tobasco
Cheese:
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 c cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Brown Meat: In a large pot, cook ground chuck with onion and bell pepper until meat is browned.
- Add Ingredients: Stir in macaroni, stewed tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, and all seasonings.
- Simmer: Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes until macaroni is tender.
- Cheese Topping: Sprinkle Parmesan and cheddar cheese over the goulash, cover, and let it melt.
- Serve: Dish out and enjoy the cheesy goodness of southern goulash.

- You can customize the level of spiciness by adjusting the Cajun seasoning or adding more tobasco.
