- 2 large eggs

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix buttermilk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne. Add chicken and marinate for 1-4 hours.
- Prepare the dredge: Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and pepper in a shallow dish.
- Coat and fry: Dredge marinated chicken in flour mixture, then fry in hot oil until golden and cooked through.
- Make the waffles: Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, butter, and vanilla. Mix wet into dry ingredients.
