Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Incorporate dry ingredients into wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips and chunks.
  6. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, top with chocolate bar chunks, and sprinkle sea salt.
  7. Bake for about 10-12 minutes, then cool on the sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
