Description

    • 4 tbsp olive oil, divided

    • 1 medium yellow onion, diced
    • 1 stalk celery, diced
    • 1/3 cup sour cream
    • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season and cook chicken: Pound chicken cutlets thin, season with poultry seasoning, and cook in olive oil until golden brown. Set aside.
  2. Make the gravy: In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, onions, and celery. Stir in flour, then slowly add chicken stock. Simmer until thickened.
  3. Finish the dish: Return chicken to the pan, spoon gravy over the chicken, and simmer until heated through. Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
