- 1/3 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Season and cook chicken: Pound chicken cutlets thin, season with poultry seasoning, and cook in olive oil until golden brown. Set aside.
- Make the gravy: In the same pan, melt butter, sauté garlic, onions, and celery. Stir in flour, then slowly add chicken stock. Simmer until thickened.
- Finish the dish: Return chicken to the pan, spoon gravy over the chicken, and simmer until heated through. Stir in sour cream, season with salt and pepper.
- Serve: Serve smothered chicken with buttery potatoes or rice.
