Ingredients
- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 1/4 cup hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz lo mein, ramen, or rice noodles
- 2 tbsp cornstarch + 3 tbsp water (for slurry)
- Optional: 1 tsp sriracha for heat
