- 2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10.5 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl, whisk together chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, onion powder, garlic powder, black pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over the chicken and cover. Cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks and stir to combine.
- (Optional) Mix cornstarch with 2 tbsp of water and stir in. Cook for an additional 10-15 minutes to thicken.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or biscuits, and garnish with parsley.
