- 2–3 pound chuck roast
- 2 teaspoons dried minced onion
- 1 teaspoon Montreal steak seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 cups Arby’s sauce
- 1 cup cheddar cheese sauce (Ricos brand)
- 6 onion rolls
Instructions
- Season and Cook the Beef: Rub chuck roast with minced onion, steak seasoning, and Worcestershire sauce. Place in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours.
- Shred the Beef: Remove beef from slow cooker and shred using two forks.
- Assemble Sandwiches: Toast onion rolls, then layer shredded beef, Arby’s sauce, and cheddar cheese sauce on each roll.
Notes
- You can customize these sandwiches by adding pickles, jalapenos, or other toppings.
- For a quicker meal, you can use pre-cooked roast beef from the deli.
