Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Prepare the artichokes: In a bowl, mix the artichoke hearts, olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper until well coated.
- Roast: Spread the artichokes on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Finish: Sprinkle with feta, sun-dried tomatoes, Parmesan, parsley, and capers. Garnish with red pepper flakes if desired.
- Serve: Serve with whipped feta dip on the side.
