Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
Pinch of salt (optional)
1 cup + 2 tablespoons cottage cheese (2% or 4%)
1 egg (optional)
Toppings: everything seasoning, poppy seeds, sesame seeds
Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
2. Add cottage cheese and egg, if using, and mix until a dough forms.
3. Divide the dough into equal portions and shape into bagel rounds.
4. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with desired toppings.
5. Air fry at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Notes
– For a sweeter version, add a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup to the dough.
