Description

These protein-packed bagels are made with just 3 simple ingredients and cooked in an air fryer for a crispy exterior and soft interior. Customize them with your favorite toppings for a delicious and satisfying breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

2 teaspoons baking powder

Pinch of salt (optional)

1 cup + 2 tablespoons cottage cheese (2% or 4%)

1 egg (optional)

Instructions
