- 1 can (15 oz) diced tomatoes
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up as it cooks. Cook until browned and fully cooked through. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5-7 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Add cooked noodles to the skillet and stir until well combined.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the mixture and cover the skillet. Cook on low heat until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
