Description

These delicious Salmon and Asparagus Foil Packets are a perfect combination of tender salmon fillets, fresh asparagus, and zesty lemon, all cooked to perfection in a foil packet. A simple and healthy dish that’s bursting with flavor!

    • 1 lb asparagus ends trimmed
    • 1/2 onion thinly sliced
    • 4 salmon fillets
    • 4 tablespoon olive oil
    • Salt and pepper to taste
    • 1 lemon thinly sliced & seeds removed
    • 4 sprigs dill

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients: Preheat the oven to 400°F. Cut 4 large sheets of foil. Divide asparagus and onion among the foil sheets.
  2. Season Salmon: Place a salmon fillet on top of each vegetable pile. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add Flavor: Top each salmon fillet with lemon slices and a sprig of dill.
  4. Seal Packets: Fold the foil over the salmon and seal tightly.
