Description

  • 6 ounces high protein pasta, such as Barilla®
  • 4 ounces chopped broccoli florets
  • 8 ounces rotisserie chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2ounce chunk Parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces high protein cottage cheese, such as Good Culture®
  • 4 fluid ounces high protein milk, such as Fa!rlife®
  • 2 ounces low-fat cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cantanzaro herbs
  • 4 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Instructions

  1. Preheat: Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Cook Pasta: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Add the broccoli during the last 3 minutes of cooking. Drain and set aside.
  3. Prepare Sauce: In a saucepan, combine cottage cheese, milk, cream cheese, garlic, and herbs. Heat over low heat until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  4. Assemble: In a baking dish, combine the cooked pasta, chicken, Parmesan cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese. Pour the sauce over the mixture and stir to combine.
