Roasted Garlic:

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 3 tbsp butter
- 4 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup minced onions
- 1 1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, chopped
Soup Base:
- 4 cups chicken stock
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 10 lasagna noodles, cooked and broken into pieces
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Prepare Roasted Garlic: Roast garlic cloves and set aside.
- Make Alfredo Sauce Mixture: In a pot, sauté mushrooms and onions, then add chicken, Alfredo sauce, and flour mixture. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- Prepare Soup Base: Add chicken stock, half and half, seasonings, parmesan cheese, and cooked lasagna noodles. Simmer until flavors meld.
- Serve: Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
