Scale
- 12 slider buns (soft, like Hawaiian rolls)
- 1 lb deli roast beef (thinly sliced)
- 6 slices Swiss cheese (or provolone)
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp prepared horseradish (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce:
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, horseradish, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
- Assemble the sliders:
- Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Spread a generous amount of the horseradish sauce on each bun half.
- Layer the roast beef evenly across the bottom buns.
- Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of the roast beef, folding the slices to fit if necessary.
- Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders.
- Prepare the buttery topping:
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir to combine.
- Brush the butter mixture generously over the top of the assembled sliders.
- Bake the sliders:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 10 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops of the buns are golden brown.
- Serve:
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley for garnish if desired. Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- You can swap the Swiss cheese for cheddar, provolone, or another cheese of your choice.
- For extra flavor, try adding pickles or caramelized onions inside the sliders.
- If you prefer a spicier kick, increase the amount of horseradish or add a few dashes of hot sauce to the sauce
