Instructions
- Prepare Cookies: Lay out 20 Double Stuffed Oreos on a parchment-lined tray, ensuring they are spaced apart to allow for easy coating and drying.
- Melt Dark Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 15 ounces of Ghirardelli dark chocolate melting wafers in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth and fully melted.
- Coat Oreos in Dark Chocolate: Using a fork or dipping tool, dip each Oreo completely into the melted dark chocolate, letting excess chocolate drip off before placing it back on the parchment paper.
- Melt Black Candy Melts: In a separate microwave-safe bowl, melt ¾ cup of black candy melts, stirring until smooth and creamy for detailed decoration.
- Apply Black Candy Decoration: Use the melted black candy melts to pipe or spot on reindeer antlers and other facial features on each chocolate-coated Oreo.
- Attach Candy Eyes and Noses: Before the coating sets, quickly place 2 small round sprinkles or candy eyes on each cookie to form eyes, and add one M&M candy (brown or red) at the center bottom to represent the reindeer’s nose.
