Main Sauce:
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- 3/4 cups piña colada non alcoholic drink mix
- 1/2 cups crushed pineapple
- 1/2 cups shredded coconut unsweetened
- 2–3 tablespoons lemon juice juice of one medium lemon
- 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine sour cream, piña colada mix, crushed pineapple, shredded coconut, lemon juice, and powdered sugar.
- Chill: Cover and refrigerate the sauce for at least an hour before serving.
Notes
- This sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar to taste.
