- 1/4 cup reserved pasta water (as needed)

Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook pasta until al dente according to package instructions.
- Reserve ¼ cup of pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Prepare the Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken with salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Cook for 6-7 minutes per side, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- Remove from pan, let it rest, then slice into strips.
3. Make the Sauce
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds.
- Stir in heavy cream, red pepper flakes, and a pinch of salt.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken.
4. Combine Everything
- Add cooked pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese and sliced chicken until well combined.
5. Serve and Enjoy!
