- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Prepare Ingredients: Slice beef, chop onion, mince garlic, and slice mushrooms.

- Sauté Onion and Garlic: In the same skillet, sauté onion and garlic until softened.
- Add Mushrooms: Add mushrooms and cook until tender.
- Make Sauce: Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Dijon mustard, beef broth, sour cream, flour, and paprika. Cook until sauce thickens.
- Combine: Return beef to the skillet and simmer until heated through.
