Ingredients:

- 1 pound top sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons olive oil divided
- 3 cups broccoli florets
Sauce ingredients:
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
Instructions
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together water, apple cider vinegar, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, garlic, sesame oil, and ground ginger.
- Cook the steak: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak and cook until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- Stir-fry the broccoli: In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Stir in broccoli florets and cook until tender-crisp.
- Combine all ingredients: Return the steak to the skillet, pour the sauce over the steak and broccoli. Cook until the sauce thickens and coats the ingredients.
- Serve: Serve hot over rice or noodles.
