Main Cake:

- 4 large eggs, 1 egg and 3 eggs separated
- 8 ounces unsalted butter, 2 sticks separated and melted
- 1 1/2 cup pumpkin puree

Cream Cheese Filling:
- 8 ounces cream cheese, super soft
- 1 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp ground ginger
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
