Description

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dough: Mix flour and salt in a bowl. Add egg, sour cream, and butter. Knead until smooth. Let it rest.
  2. Make the filling: Sauté onions in butter until soft. Mix with mashed potatoes, salt, and pepper.
  3. Assemble: Roll out dough, cut circles, add filling, seal edges. Boil pierogis until they float.
  4. Serve: Fry in butter until golden. Serve with sour cream.
