Description

This Potato Kugel recipe is a traditional Jewish dish that combines grated potatoes and onions with eggs and seasoning, resulting in a crispy and flavorful side dish or main course.


Ingredients

– 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

– 10 medium potatoes, peeled and grated

– 2 medium onions, peeled and grated

– 5 large eggs

– 1/3 cup vegetable oil

Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with vegetable oil.
