Crispy fries are topped with melty cheese, pizza sauce, and all your favorite toppings, making them perfect for a snack, appetizer, or even a fun dinner. Ready in just 30 minutes, they’re an easy and customizable treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 lb frozen French fries (or homemade fries)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni (or preferred toppings)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/4 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Bake or Fry the Fries
Cook the fries according to the package instructions or fry homemade ones until golden and crispy.
  2. Add the Sauce and Cheese
Spread the cooked fries on a baking sheet. Drizzle pizza sauce over them, then sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly on top.
  3. Top and Bake
Add pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers. Bake at 400°F for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve Immediately
Remove from the oven and garnish with fresh basil and red pepper flakes. Serve hot!

Notes

  • Use waffle fries or tater tots for a fun variation.
  • Swap mozzarella for a blend of cheddar and provolone.
  • Try Alfredo sauce instead of pizza sauce for a creamy twist.
  • Make it vegetarian by skipping the pepperoni or using plant-based toppings.
