Instructions
- Preheat: Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare Filling: In a bowl, mix pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Fill Tortillas: Divide the mixture among the tortillas, spooning it into the center of each tortilla.
- Roll: Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll up to enclose the filling.
- Bake: Place the burritos seam-side down on a baking sheet, brush with melted butter, and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Sprinkle with shredded parmesan before serving.
Notes
- You can customize the fillings with your favorite pizza toppings such as bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, or olives.
- For a spicy kick, add some crushed red pepper flakes to the filling mixture.
