Units Scale

Bread:

    • 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
    • 2 Large Eggs
    • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
    • 1/4 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Baking Powder
    • 3/4 cup White Sugar
    • 2/3 cup 2% Milk
    • 1 Package Jell-O Pistachio Pudding Mix

Icing (Optional):

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios
  • 1 cup Icing Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp 2% Milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, butter, salt, baking powder, sugar, milk, and pudding mix until well combined.
  3. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  4. Cool and ice: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. If desired, mix icing ingredients and drizzle over the bread. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.

Notes

  • You can add chopped pistachios or other nuts to the batter for extra texture.
  • For a richer flavor, you can use whole milk instead of 2%.
