- 1 1/2 Cups All Purpose Flour
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3/4 cup White Sugar
- 2/3 cup 2% Milk
- 1 Package Jell-O Pistachio Pudding Mix
Icing (Optional):
- 1/4 cup Chopped Pistachios
- 1 cup Icing Sugar
- 2 Tbsp 2% Milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix ingredients: In a bowl, mix flour, eggs, butter, salt, baking powder, sugar, milk, and pudding mix until well combined.
- Bake: Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Cool and ice: Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack. If desired, mix icing ingredients and drizzle over the bread. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
Notes
- You can add chopped pistachios or other nuts to the batter for extra texture.
- For a richer flavor, you can use whole milk instead of 2%.
