Description
Philly Cheesesteak Sliders are a delicious twist on the classic sandwich, featuring savory shaved steak, sautéed onions, peppers, and melted provolone cheese on sweet hawaiian bread rolls.

			Main Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 yellow onion, sliced
 - 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
 - 1/2 lb fresh shaved steak
 - 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
 - 12 pack hawaiian bread
 - 12 thinly sliced provolone cheese
 - Kosher salt and freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
 
For glaze:
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
 - 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
 
Instructions
- Prepare the Meat: Heat olive oil in a skillet, sauté onions, peppers, and garlic. Add shaved steak, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until steak is browned.
 - Assemble Sliders: Slice hawaiian bread rolls in half, place steak mixture on bottom half, top with provolone cheese slices, then cover with the other half of the rolls.
 - Make Glaze: Mix melted butter, thyme, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush over the sliders.
 - Bake: Bake sliders until cheese is melted and bread is toasted.
