Caesar dressing
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1–2 cloves garlic, grated

- 1/3 cup grated parmesan
Wraps
- 4 large tortillas
- 4 cups shredded lettuce
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, torn
- 1/2 cup basil pesto
- 1–1 1/2 cups grilled chicken, cubed or shredded
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded cheddar
Instructions
- Prepare Caesar dressing: In a bowl, whisk together mayo, olive oil, lemon juice, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan.
- Assemble wraps: Spread basil pesto on each tortilla, then layer with lettuce, avocado, basil, grilled chicken, bacon, and cheese. Drizzle with Caesar dressing.
- Wrap: Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go. Slice in half and serve.
Notes
- You can customize these wraps by adding or substituting ingredients like cherry tomatoes, red onions, or different cheeses.
- For a lighter option, use grilled chicken breast and turkey bacon.
