- 2 tsp yeast
For the 2-Pound Loaf:
- 1 1/4 cups water
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp cooking oil
- 2 3/4 cups bread flour
- 1 1/3 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 2 1/4 tsp yeast
Instructions
- Mix Liquids: Combine water, molasses, honey, and cooking oil in the bread machine pan.
- Add Dry Ingredients: Add the bread flour, whole wheat flour, cocoa powder, salt, and yeast on top of the liquid mixture.
- Select Setting: Choose the appropriate setting for a 1½-pound or 2-pound loaf on your bread machine.
- Start Machine: Start the bread machine and let it complete the baking cycle.
