Description

This Pear Vanilla Gin Fizz is a refreshing cocktail with the perfect balance of fruity sweetness and a hint of vanilla. It’s the ideal drink for a summer gathering or a relaxing evening at home.


Ingredients

Pear Vanilla Syrup:

  • 1 cup finely chopped/blended pears (bartlett pears work best)
  • 1/2 cup organic sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup vanilla syrup

To Make One Cocktail:

  • 1 1/2 oz Gin (about 3 Tbsp)
  • 2 tablespoon pear purée syrup
  • 3/4 cup soda water
  • Crushed ice to top

Instructions

  1. Prepare Pear Vanilla Syrup: Combine chopped pears, sugar, water, and vanilla syrup in a saucepan. Simmer until pears are soft, then strain and cool.
  2. Make the Cocktail: In a glass, mix gin, pear purée syrup, and soda water. Add crushed ice on top.
