Pear Vanilla Syrup:

- 1/2 cup organic sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup vanilla syrup
To Make One Cocktail:
- 1 1/2 oz Gin (about 3 Tbsp)
- 2 tablespoon pear purée syrup
- 3/4 cup soda water
- Crushed ice to top
Instructions
- Prepare Pear Vanilla Syrup: Combine chopped pears, sugar, water, and vanilla syrup in a saucepan. Simmer until pears are soft, then strain and cool.
- Make the Cocktail: In a glass, mix gin, pear purée syrup, and soda water. Add crushed ice on top.
