Description

This refreshing and fruity peach mimosa is perfect for brunch, celebrations, or just a lovely day. Made with fresh peach puree and bubbly champagne, this drink is a delightful twist on the classic mimosa, adding a touch of sweetness and vibrant color. Light, fizzy, and effortlessly elegant!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup fresh peaches, peeled and chopped (or 1 cup peach puree if preferred)
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional for added brightness)
  • 1 bottle champagne or sparkling wine, chilled
  • Fresh peach slices or mint leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare Peach Puree
    1. Blend the chopped peaches in a blender or food processor until smooth. If desired, add sugar and lemon juice to enhance the flavor. Strain the puree for a smoother consistency (optional).
  2. Assemble the Mimosa
    1. Pour about 2-3 tablespoons of peach puree into each champagne flute.
  3. Add Champagne
    1. Slowly pour the champagne over the puree, filling the glass to the top. Stir gently if needed.
  4. Garnish and Serve
    1. Garnish with a fresh peach slice or a sprig of mint if desired. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a non-alcoholic version, replace champagne with sparkling water or ginger ale.
  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on your peaches’ natural flavor.
  • You can use frozen peaches if fresh are out of season. Just thaw them before blending.
